**Dining area:** Rustic wooden table with vintage-style folding iron chairs. Wicker pendant lamp.
**Kitchen:** 4-burner gas cooktop, built-in oven, double stainless-steel sink, and large refrigerator with water dispenser. Wooden cabinets with black hardware. Rustic floating wooden shelves.

Accessed via a black iron spiral staircase. Two single beds. Floor cushions and poufs. Low carved wooden table. Sloped wood-paneled ceiling. High horizontal windows overlooking the countryside. Split air conditioning.

Fenced rectangular swimming pool surrounded by open green fields. Available during the summer season.
### OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
A circle of cut logs serves as seating beneath the trees. A designated area for making a fire and gathering outdoors among the pine and oak trees.
### EVENTS
The house allows events. Please contact us for conditions and maximum capacity.
### IMPORTANT
* Air conditioning is available only in the living room and mezzanine. The bedrooms do not have A/C.
* Access is via an unpaved dirt road. A private vehicle is recommended.
* During rainy days, extra caution may be required when using the access road.
### AIR CONDITIONING NOTE
The house has split air conditioning units only in the living room and mezzanine. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning. During the summer, countryside nights are usually cool, and the windows with security bars allow for safe natural ventilation.
The house is located in the rural area of Pilar, surrounded by open countryside, traditional farm gates, pine groves, and absolute peace and quiet.
### NEAR EL DOK HARAS
The property is located near El Dok Haras, one of the most exclusive event venues in the northern area of Buenos Aires, known for hosting high-profile weddings and corporate events for multinational companies.
The house is an ideal option for guests attending events at the venue who prefer to stay nearby rather than drive back to CABA in the early hours of the morning.

**Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

**Swimming pool:** Use at your own risk. The pool may only be used during daylight hours. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
**Fire pit:** Completely extinguish the fire before leaving the area. Never leave a fire unattended.
**Wood-burning stoves and fireplaces:** Please follow the instructions in the digital guide for safe lighting and extinguishing. Do not leave them burning when leaving the house or while sleeping without supervision.
**Parking:** Please park inside the property, in the designated parking area.
Guests have full access to the entire house, the covered gallery, and the surrounding grounds, including the swimming pool, fire pit, garden, and green spaces.
The property is accessed via an unpaved road with wooden gates. A private vehicle is recommended. On-site parking is available.
The swimming pool is fenced.
