Rules and recommendations for a comfortable stay

1st Security and property closure

> Please lock all doors and windows securely when you go out.

2nd Responsible energy use

> Turn off lights and air conditioning when you are not in a room.

> The maximum daily consumption is 30 kWh. For example, if a group stays for 5 days, they will have 150 kWh included. Any excess will be charged to the group. We regret having to do this, but it became necessary as some groups generated monthly bills over 1,000 USD.

3rd Smoking policy:

> Smoking cigarettes and electronic cigarettes is only permitted outside the property.

4th Linen and towels

> Indoor linens may not be used in the pool area.

> For the pool, we provide extra towels for your convenience.

5th Garden and lawn care

> Please take care of the garden so future guests can also enjoy it in excellent condition.

> Do not pour liquids on the lawn. If any liquid is spilled, simply pour some water on the spot to prevent lawn damage, the same applies to pet urine.

6th Rooms and guests

> Rooms are made available according to the number of guests confirmed on the reservation.

> Overnight stays are not allowed for anyone not included in the reservation.

.> Failure to comply will result in a penalty of USD 100 per person, per day. The property is equipped with cameras.

7th Private areas

> Locked spaces and rooms are for the exclusive use of the owner (storage areas).

> It is forbidden to force locks or access these areas. If this rule is broken, Vaer House may use Airbnb insurance to request the appropriate repair or replacement.

8th Extended stays

> For stays longer than 7 days, it is mandatory to hire weekly pool and garden maintenance for 50 USD per week.

> Optionally, cleaning and linen and bedding change can be arranged for an additional cost.

9th Specific prohibitions

> Playing ball games is not permitted inside or outside the property.

> Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the house.

Any events, celebrations, or commercial activities held on the property will incur an additional fee of 600 USD per day.
